We have recently confirmed that a number of suspicious emails are being sent by third parties using our domain name (bbtech.co.jp) without authorization. These emails were not sent from our servers and appear to be spoofed.<\/p>\n

From address: Spoofed addresses such as support@bbtech.co.jp<\/p>\n
Subject\/Content: Unsolicited invoices, fake notifications with attachments, phishing links, etc.<\/p>\n
Purpose: These emails may contain malware or links intended to steal personal or financial information.<\/p>\n
\u25a0 About Our Email Practices:<\/p>\n
All legitimate emails from our company are sent from authorized servers and are protected using authentication protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to prevent spoofing.<\/p>\n
We have confirmed that these suspicious emails are a result of spoofing \u2014 that is, they were sent from external systems falsely displaying our domain in the \u201cFrom\u201d field.<\/p>\n

If you receive an email that appears to come from us but seems suspicious, please DO NOT click on any links or open any attachments.<\/p>\n
