[Product Overview]
The “SiTCP NetKey_SYZYGY” is a module featuring an onboard EEPROM pre-loaded with SiTCP license information. It completely eliminates the traditional, time-consuming process of writing and managing individual licenses on individual FPGA boards. By simply “plugging it in” to a compatible SYZYGY port, users can instantly activate advanced hardware TCP/IP communication capabilities.

[Key Features]
Effortless License Activation : The license is automatically activated just by connecting the module.
Two Models Available (1G / 10G) : Offers flexible choices tailored to your specific application and bandwidth requirements.
Onboard User Extension Space : Features a prototyping (universal board) area at the bottom of the PCB for custom circuitry.
Rich Built-in Interfaces : Equipped with various switches and LEDs, highly convenient for debugging and operation verification.
Sample Code for Smooth Development : Sample code is scheduled to be provided via GitHub.

[Key Specifications]
Interface: SYZYGY connector compatible (*Please set the voltage to 3.3V during use)
License-stored EEPROM
8-position DIP switch × 1
LEDs × 4
Tactile switches × 4
User extension area (Prototyping/Universal grid area)

[To Customers Considering Development and Evaluation]
This product resolves key challenges for R&D and design engineers who want to reduce the administrative burden of license management, quickly evaluate SiTCP on their existing FPGA boards, or accelerate PoC development for high-speed data transfer.

Report: Participation in “Kosen Accelerator Exchange 2025” and Career Development Presentation

In February 2026, BeeBeans Technologies (BBT) participated in the “Kosen Accelerator Exchange 2025,” held at RIKEN.

This exchange program brings together students from the National Institute of Technology (Kosen) across Japan who are involved in accelerator science. It provides a platform for them to present their research and engage with experts and industry leaders to explore future career paths. As part of our ongoing commitment to nurturing the next generation of talent, BBT has been a proud supporter of the “AxeLatoon” accelerator human resource development project (refer to our announcement on December 10, 2025).

The event featured impressive research presentations by the students. During the corporate session, our representative delivered a presentation titled “A Gateway to the Research Institute Community” highlighting the significance of engineering that supports cutting-edge scientific research. We were deeply impressed by the students’ proactive engagement during the Q&A session, where they asked insightful questions regarding career development and the role of specialized technology in the industry.

In addition to the formal sessions, the evening reception provided a valuable opportunity for technical dialogue. Over dinner, students and researchers engaged in passionate discussions about accelerator configurations and technical challenges. This atmosphere of “sincere technical exchange” served as a powerful reminder of the vibrant future of this field.

For a detailed report of the event, please visit the official High Energy Accelerator Research Organization (KEK) website:

“AxeLatoon Official Support Program” Launched : Supporting Next-Generation Measurement Engineers

We are pleased to announce the launch of the “AxeLatoon Official Support Program,” having received approval from the High Energy Accelerator Research Organization (KEK). The objective of this program is to foster highly skilled next-generation specialists in advanced measurement and control technology within the field of accelerator science, targeting students at National Colleges of Technology (KOSEN).

Background of Support and Our Contribution

Laboratories at participating technical colleges in the AxeLatoon project face the challenge of building high-speed data measurement systems utilizing practical-level FPGAs for cutting-edge accelerator development.
To address this challenge, we will provide participating KOSET laboratories with our SiTCP-equipped general-purpose board SOY2 and its daughter board SOY2-D1 free of charge. These boards boast extensive proven track records in the particle physics industry.
This is not merely a donation; it is strategic support that actively returns our cutting-edge technology to the educational field, strongly encouraging students to acquire practical skills while still enrolled.

Expected Effects

Through our products, students will gain exposure to technologies recognized in the research community, such as FPGA program development and the SiTCP data transfer protocol. We anticipate this will contribute to the advancement of Japanese science and technology while also establishing connections with highly specialized engineers for the future, strengthening our recruitment efforts.

We will continue to deepen industry-academia collaboration and actively engage in activities that cultivate future engineers.
